Packing can be strenuous without a doubt, it could go up to the point where it sucks up all your remaining energy- completely draining the speck of energy you have left- leaving you feeling groggy and undesirable.
Packing could be extremely static. The overwhelmingly long hours could lead to an overpowering sense of distress and unease- causing a disruption in lifestyle.
I’ve compiled a list of things to do alongside packing!
- Make a playlist- Jam out to your favourite songs!
Compile a list of songs that makes you want to get up on your feet and jive to it! It will not only boost your energy but it will replenish your vibes- propelling the momentum to prompt you to continue packing!
- Listen to podcasts.
What’s a better multitasking method than to educate yourself- feeding your brain with additional knowledge! There are so many variety of podcasts you can possibly listen to- from news, all the way to funny stories! Generally anything you enjoy! It makes you completely unaware of how rapid time is flying. Remember, knowledge is the key to growth!
- Call someone!
Put your phone on loudspeaker- call someone to catch up with them! The best things in life are to connect yourself to other people, always remember to be connected to their lives and what they are up to! The best things in life are always free. So talk, connect, repeat!
- Watch a movie.
Wish to master the key to multitasking? Catch up with your favorite movies or tv shows alongside the hardships of packing! Or reward yourself after a day of packing- rewards always leads to putting your utmost in doing anything.
- Eat snacks.
Eating helps to replenish your energy- to boost your mood and keep a smile on your face
